Over the three decades of his career, Kirk held IT leadership positions in construction and manufacturing and distribution industries. As CSS’ founding President and Chief Executive Officer, he provides strategic direction for the company, as well as key partner and client support. Since CSS’ inception in 1997, Kirk’s leadership resulted in Oracle Platinum Partner status and multiple Oracle ERP Partner of the Year awards.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation, working closely with its Director to attract and promote Charleston’s technology companies and knowledge-based economy.
Kirk holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Clemson University.

As COO, Patrick McKenzie is responsible for leadership and delivery across all CSS practices. As a former enduser and CIO, McKenzie has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in aerospace, medical devices, textiles, Apparel, building supplies and food & beverage. He is PMPcertified and has extensive experience in Discrete, Process and Engineer to Order manufacturing environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lander College.

James Landry is the Executive Vice President of Business Development & Marketing for CSS. James has been in the ERP application space for over 25 years focusing on aligning client strategic direction with Oracle ERP implementations and business process improvement. He leads a team of world class business development and marketing professionals across North America and works closely with top Oracle leadership to align CSS consulting expertise and develop joint go-to market strategies to deliver world class consulting around the Oracle business application marketplace. James has served on multiple charitable leadership boards including collegiate leadership development and currently serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Discovery Montessori School in Jacksonville, Florida. James holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of North Florida.

Before joining CSS in 2000, Pete was project manager for an environmental engineering firm that focused on both federal and commercial projects. During this period, Ballou worked closely with Information technology to help empower field data collection and reporting.
Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from South Carolina Honors College and a master’s of business administration from University of South Carolina.

From the moment he met CEO Kirk King in Charleston, Greg knew he wanted to be part of the CSS family. Armed with a hands-on approach, Greg’s both an effective leader and skilled consultant. At CSS, Greg leads the Oracle Cloud ERP and E-Business Suite practices for North America.
Before joining CSS, Greg worked for large scale consulting firms and was a global director at UST. Prior to his work there, he was a consultant for KPMG, Perot Systems and Spinnaker Management Group.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa.

As Vice President of Oracle Cloud for CSS International, Tim Scott helps define strategy with ERP customers looking to take advantage of various Oracle Platforms such as Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Prior to joining CSS, Tim spent 19 years at Oracle Corporation in executive roles that spanned both JD Edwards product development, business development, and consulting. In these roles, he worked with customers on 4 continents, and over 28 countries. Tim also was the Senior Practice Director of the first Oracle Center of Excellence for Cloud ERP for North America Consulting.
Tim holds both a master’s degree and master’s degree certification in Computer Information Technology from Regis University.

Kenny Ecton leads delivery activities in the North America as Vice President of Diversified Industries. A former partner and VCP Practice Leader at IBM Global Business Services, Ecton has helped some of America’s top brands gain bottomline value through improved supply chain performance, including Logitech, Navistar, Sara Lee, J&J, Merck, Chiquita Brands International, Gildan Activewear, and HillRom.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

With over 25 years in the business, Todd’s core business approach centers on providing superior customer service and developing long-term relationships. And as VP of Managed Services, he hones those skills every day.
For the first 12 years of his consulting career, Todd worked within three engineering/construction oversight consulting firms, starting as staff engineer, and advancing to vice president. In 1998, he founded GRT Business Solutions, a JD Edwards consultancy with a focus on servicing the engineering & construction industry. Todd merged that business with CSS in 2011, to create an E&C consulting powerhouse, and establish a Managed Services practice at CSS.
Today, Todd leads CSS’ Engineering and Construction Team made up of senior-level consulting talent dedicated to providing industry solutions that drive success and ROI.
He’s a registered Professional Engineer, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and, all from Rice University.

As one of CSS’ first consultants, Jim’s has extensive application and technical experience with JD Edwards World and EnterpriseOne going all the way back to the early 1990’s. Although, the company has grown tremendously since our first international project, Jim lives by the same principles today: Lead by example, do what’s right for the customer, and let your employees shine.
Today, Jim leads our Managed Services Practice, providing superior customer service and developing long-term relationships. His team is comprised of very talented senior consultants that are dedicated to providing our clients on-call remote functional and technical support.
Before co-founding CSS, he was the Director of IT for the House of Perfection and the Director of IS for Oneita Industries. Prior to that, Jim worked as a Business Analyst at Cutler-Hammer and Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Westinghouse. Jim graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Fredonia, NY and is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy.
