Challenges

During their upgrade from JD Edwards WorldSoftware system to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Franklin Electric had a resource allocation dilemma—the same internal experts supporting the existing system were also performing the upgrade. This caused major delays in their EnterpriseOne project.

The CSS Approach

CSS Managed Services supplied expert resources knowledgeable in RPG programming to support Franklin Electric’s workload on the existing system, so dedicated internal resources could manage the upgrade project. CSS’ approach for Franklin Electric created the much needed balance both efforts needed.
