CSS also implemented and integrated Oracle’s Endeca supply chain solution that enables the company to review operational data and make fast decisions that drive revenue and reduce costs. With help from CSS, this organization improved and optimized their supply chain processes and is better leveraging their on-premise ERP solution, Oracle E-Business Suite.


With the EBS implementation, the customer was able to leverage robust functionality in EBS, while improving their supply chain processes. They switched from unconstrained to constrained planning, which resulted in supply orders being created with correct lead time and web sales orders being taken based based upon accurate availability and promise dates. In this case, where purchases are often centered about dated special occasions, promise dates are a key measure of success.
