The CSS family is a motley crew, with varied interests, backgrounds, hobbies, passions and skill sets. Get to know a few of the CSS folks by clicking on the pictures below.

I’m a musician and book shows with my friends. I have a band that has been on tour on three occasions. My favorite foods are anything Venezuelan (my heritage). My NFL team is the Atlanta Falcons and my NBA team is the Golden State Warriors. My favorite soccer team is Barcelona.
I play instruments (bass, drums, guitar) and have my whole life. I started out playing percussion in a church choir when I was 8 years old. I’ve been playing bass for 12 years now.
I thought CSS would be a great place to start out my professional career. At CSS, you’re not a number, you’re a person and everyone is closer in comparison to other companies I worked for.
I would describe myself as efficient, hardworking and resourceful.
Hometown: Oakland, Maine
The season of life I’m in revolves mainly around my sons- a 2 year old and 5 month old. But when I have some extra time on my hands, I love to indulge my passion for food and wine with trying new restaurants or cooking a new recipe. I love to travel, especially back to New England to see friends and family. My happy place is found on Martha’s Vineyard.
My favorite college team is Florida State — I attended FSU- Go Noles! My favorite pro teams are Red Sox, Patriots and Celtics- many fond memories of attending New England sporting events with family. There are not many places more special than Fenway.
I would say my special talent is keeping track of James Landry’s calendar “most” of the time. I learned about CSS from a long time employee who found out I was moving to the area and thought I would be a nice fit with an open position at the home office.
I like working at CSS because I’m learning something new every single day. From learning new software to keeping up with all the three letter acronyms, I continually strive to learn as much as I can about the new industry I work in. We are a fast moving organization and there is never a dull moment on the sales/marketing team. Besides keeping my mind engaged, I love the people. Everyone is extremely warm and welcoming at the home office and company-wide.
Hometown: Milton, GA
I love to run and have been running races pushing wheelchair athletes for the past several years. My weekends consist of soccer, soccer, running and hanging with family and friends. My favorite team is THE Ohio State Buckeyes. I grew up in Ohio and my entire family went to OSU, it’s a state requirement to love the Buckeyes!
My talent is a bit weird, but I can shake my eyeballs. My oldest son inherited this too!
CSS provided me with a challenging environment while giving the balance working parents need to thrive at home and at work. I really enjoy and respect the leadership at CSS. I think Kirk King has created a unique environment that encourages success, laughter and personal/professional development.
Hometown: Charleston, SC
I love to travel ANYWHERE I haven’t been. I have a goal to visit every state in the US and many countries. I am in love with Nashville and will continue to go there at least every other year with my besties. I love to run and travel to different places for races. Favorite Foods – it doesn’t get any better than MD Crabs! Movies – I am a sucker for a rom com.
At CSS, I’m an EBS Functional Consultant – Finance and Projects. I tend to get bored easily, so I wanted a more diverse and challenging job. Consulting and CSS offered that to me. CSS is a special place. They truly care about every employee and will go the extra mile to help you, not only with your career but in your personal life too. My clients would describe me as always willing to tackle any issue and knowledgeable.
Hometown: Roanoke, VA
I enjoy meditation, yoga and dabbling in personal finance. I have backpacked on the Appalachian Trail. I am a vegetarian and would have to say Mexican is my favorite good. I enjoy trips to Sunset Beach, NC.
I am not a sports fan, but if I was, I would probably root for the underdog. I’ve always been very good at math. Everyone was always mad at me in high school geometry for blowing the grading curve.
I worked with Kirk King and Patrick Mckenzie back in the ’90s and knew CSS would be a top notch company.
I like working at CSS because it gives me the opportunity to add value for many different clients and learn new technologies.
Hometown: Greensboro, NC
My hobbies include riding motorcycles, motorcycle racing as well as Formula One Championship racing, exercise and going to the movies.
I have no favorite sports team; however, if the Baltimore Ravens are in the hunt and it’s winter time then I will watch football, otherwise I get out and do something. My talent is in knowing that we are all equal, from the homeless person to the wealthiest.
I have been trying to come to work for CSS for the last 10+ years, just ask Tom or Steve; things just kept getting in the way.
CSS has a very strong back office staff, which is key.
Hometown: Danville, IL
Three of my favorite things are my wife’s kisses, my daughter’s hugs and playing with my grandson. Photography has been my hobby for years. Also, I am in the process of relearning how to draw.
My favorite foods are bacon and anything that has bacon in it or is wrapped in bacon. I like to travel to any place that has a beach like Hawaii, California, Myrtle Beach or Florida. I love mountains but discovered that they get steeper every year. I like visiting battlefields. I found my great grandfather’s grave at Fredericksburg.
I decided to work at CSS because CSS has a great reputation and the people that I already knew at CSS are excellent. I like working here because of the great people that I have had an opportunity to work with and some great clients.
Hometown: Round Rock, TX
I like playing golf, watching sports and anything weather. I enjoy cruising and spending time with family at the beach.
I graduated from Texas Tech, so my favorite team is the Red Raiders.
I decided to work at CSS because CSS seems to really care about their employees, which has not always been the case for me. Also, there are opportunities in other areas like Oracle cloud and the pipeline looks bright.
I like working at CSS because of the top notch employees. There is also an opportunity to grow.
