Kirk King, Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Over the three decades of his career, Kirk held IT leadership positions in the construction and manufacturing and distribution industries. As ArganoCSS’ founding President and CEO, he provides strategic direction for the company, as well as key partner and client support. Since ArganoCSS’ inception in 1997, Kirk’s leadership resulted in Oracle Platinum Partner status and multiple Oracle ERP Partner of the Year awards.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation, working closely with its Director to attract and promote Charleston’s technology companies and knowledge-based economy.
Kirk holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Clemson University.
Patrick McKenzie, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Patrick McKenzie is responsible for leadership and delivery across all ArganoCSS practices. As a former enduser and CIO, McKenzie has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in aerospace, medical devices, textiles, apparel, building supplies, and food & beverage. He is PMP certified and has extensive experience in Discrete, Process and Engineer to Order manufacturing environments. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lander College. He holds CPIM and PMP designations.
James Landry, Chief Revenue Officer
James has been in the ERP application space for over 25 years focusing on aligning client strategic direction with Oracle ERP implementations and business process improvement. He leads a team of business development and marketing professionals across North America and works closely with top Oracle leadership to align ArganoCSS consulting expertise and develop joint go-to-market strategies to deliver world-class consulting around the Oracle business application marketplace. James has served on multiple charitable leadership boards including collegiate leadership development and currently serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Discovery Montessori School in Jacksonville, Florida. James holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Florida.
Greg Roush, Senior Vice President
From the moment he met CEO, Kirk King, in Charleston, Greg knew he wanted to be part of the ArganoCSS family. Armed with a hands-on approach, Greg’s both an effective leader and a skilled consultant. At ArganoCSS, Greg leads the Supply Chain practice for North America. Greg has built and delivered consulting capability globally; serving in executive roles to drive delivery using onsite and offshore models. Before joining ArganoCSS, Greg served in multiple Global Service providers emerging operational capability in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia as well as providing strategic consulting services in financial, supply chain, and manufacturing business process domains. Greg holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Iowa.
Todd Griffith, Senior Vice President
For the first 12 years of his consulting career, Todd worked within three engineering/construction oversight consulting firms. In 1998, he founded GRT Business Solutions, an Oracle ERP consultancy with a focus on servicing the engineering & construction industry. Todd merged that business with ArganoCSS in 2011, to create an E&C consulting powerhouse, and establish a Managed Services practice at ArganoCSS. Today, Todd leads ArganoCSS’ Service Industries and Managed Services teams made up of senior-level consulting talent dedicated to providing industry solutions leveraging Oracle’s Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and on-premise applications to drive success and ROI. He’s a registered Professional Engineer. He graduated from Rice University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry.
Matt Taylor, Senior Vice President
Matt Taylor brings more than 22 years of experience leading technology transformations and large-scale systems implementations in a variety of industries including Construction, Hospitality, Government Contracting, and Professional Services. Matt knows first-hand the challenges that enterprises face in the evaluation and decision to expand/invest in their technology footprint. Currently, Matt oversees the E&C practice, as well as strategic growth for project-based supply chain, project manufacturing, and field services. In addition, Matt will share responsibility in overseeing all of project delivery for ArganoCSS. Matt holds a bachelor’s in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
Sambit Misra, Vice President
Sambit has more than two decades of Consulting and Industry experience across verticals of Mfg., Engineering, Hi-Tech, Telecom, CPG, Distribution, Retail and Energy. He has served in various leadership roles of Business and Solutions Consulting, Client Partnering, Product Design, Cloud Road mapping, PMO, Presales and Practice Development. A Digital Supply Chain and Transformation thought leader, Sambit is recognized within Industry for his broad depth of product knowledge and ability to successfully deploy leading business practices. Sambit has served engagements in 30 countries as part of his global experience. He previously served as Senior Director at Inspirage Cloud practice. Prior to his long stint at Inspirage, Sambit has worked for Wipro, Triniti and L&T. Sambit holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with honors (Gold medalist) from National Institute of Technology Rourkela India. He has completed his MBA in Supply Chain Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering Mumbai India.
Mike Roberts, Vice President
Mike has 26 years of experience within ERP, HCM and Analytics and has had roles ranging from
implementing the software to various leadership roles. He has Consulting and Industry experience
across almost all industry verticals, including Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Telecom, CPG, Distribution,
Utilities, Services, Healthcare and Public Sector. Mike has deployed solutions to both Global
Organizations as well as smaller clients with effectiveness that has allowed for his client base to
continue to grow.
Mike has previously served as a Managing Director at Huron, leading the Healthcare practice for Oracle
for the United States. Prior to his time at Huron, Mike has had leadership roles with Grant Thornton,
PwC and lead Wipro North and South America’s Oracle Practice.
Mike obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and has a Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
