The Challenges
Hillphoenix, Inc., an operating company of Dover’s, had outdated legacy systems that were costly, overly complex, and customized. To provide a single view of Hillphoenix’s financials was a tremendous extraction and consolidation effort. Moving to a Shared Service model, with Oracle enabling that process, helped to provide a consolidated view of financials in E-Business Suite.
