Elkay is an American-owned and operated innovative manufacturer of sinks, faucets, bottle filling stations, drinking fountains, and food-service products. Creative thinking is part of their daily routine so it made sense that they wanted to explore the power of Cloud solutions and leverage all that it can offer.
The Challenges
With a tight budget, Elkay wanted to leverage modern technology. And they wanted to more than just “transact” with suppliers. However, they would have to change manual processes for supplier qualification and on-boarding, sourcing, and contracting and adopting Oracle Cloud best practices, which meant significant change for end-users. Tolerance for change and transformation was important for users at all levels.

With ArganoCSS, the first phase included leveraging the power of their existing on-premise solution, E-Business Suite, with Oracle Cloud solutions in a hybrid environment., including Procurement Cloud (Supplier Management, Supplier Qualification Management, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and OIC for integrations to EBS).
The Results
After a 16-week implementation that came in under budget, Elkay is positioned for complete transformation end-to-end, with a full Cloud footprint. Elkay has a phased approach that positions them for growth and further innovation, including EPM Cloud for Financial Close and Consolidation (FCCS).
